Once the reservation process is completed, you will receive emails confirming your reservation and providing you with a link to safety video and waiversu003cstrongu003e. Please complete waivers in advance and forward them to other people in your party.u003c/strongu003e This will significantly speed up your check in process!u003cbru003eu003cbru003eOn the day of your reservation, please arrive 30 min before to allow ample time to check in your party and get you out on your adventure.

We understand that life is unpredictable and changes are inevitable, so we offer a generous 24-hour window to make adjustments or cancel your reservation. However, as our equipment demand is high with limited availability, all reservations require immediate payment – in full – at the time of booking.u003cbru003eReservations will not be cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. No Exceptions.

What are your rental rules?

1. u003cstrongu003eSwitching riders:u003c/strongu003e We do not allow switching drivers or riders around. Once the jet ski has been launched for the rental hour, the jet ski may not come back for other passengers or switch riders around.u003cbru003eu003cbru003e2. u003cstrongu003eBeaching: u003c/strongu003eBeaching is strictly prohibited as it damages the skis. Our jet skis have gps so our team will always know your location. Please do not break this rule as damage done to the jet ski will be charged to the card on file.u003cbru003eu003cbru003e3. u003cstrongu003eDocking:u003c/strongu003e Docking is strictly prohibited. Riders are not allowed to dock at other locations and get off the skis. Riders must be on the water with the ski at all times.u003cbru003eu003cbru003e4. u003cstrongu003eArrive on time: u003c/strongu003ePlease arrive at least 30 mins before your reservation to allow time for check in and safety briefing. Guests who do not arrive 30 mins before may have their rental time shortened as showing up late affects our future reservations.u003cbru003eu003cbru003e5u003cstrongu003e. Damaged skis: u003c/strongu003ePlease take care of our skis, they are expensive to repair! Guests who return damaged skis will be charged the full amount to repair. This includes damages for beaching, fiber glass and plastic damage due to collision and flipping the jet ski upside down. Please ride responsibly and ALWAYS keep your distance!
